Job Description :

Gaining knowledge about various tourism places by researching various destinations.
Preparing indicative travel Itineraries / Travel plans.
Preparing business proposals and presenting to Management.
Training sales team on Product, Services, Processes, Procedures.
Maintain a track record of latest Industry trends, techniques etc.
Expand the base of revenue generation by identifying new ways of doing business.
Ensuring marketing, costing, booking and sales teams are in Synchronization to organizational vision and mission.
Ensuring latest techniques are identifying, documented and communicated to team.
Ensuring the effective team engagement at workplace.
Ensuring team knows their targets, eligibility and responsibilities.
Ensuring that individual as well as team revenue and profit targets are achieved.
Ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
Ensuring that team is future ready by continuously innovating in products, services, trainings.
Ensuring that management expectations / feedback are communicated to team effectively.
Ensuring that sales team follows the disciplinary guidelines.
