supply Travelers with Pertinent Information and Useful Travel / Holiday Materials (such as Maps, Guides Etc.)
reaching Revenue and Profit Targets Within Timelines and with Acceptable Quality Standard.
handle Unforeseen Problems in Consultation with Booking Departments and Work Towards Win- Win Situation for Both the Organization as Well as Client.
use and Promote Usage of Efficient Technological Tools to Enhance Customer Experience and Reduce Lead Time.
maintain Rapport with Cross Functional Team Members Ad Stake Holders to Ensure Smooth Operations.
