Job Location : Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Designation : Customer Care Executive

Qualification : Minimum 12th pass out with Excellent communication skills.

Salary : 10 k to 17 k + ( Attractive Incentives )

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in telle calling, customer service or in chat process. Fresher with excellent communication skill can also apply.

Duty Timing : 8 PM to 5 AM ( Night Shift)

Working Day : 5 days working in a Week ( Sat & Sun fixed off)

Skills : Excellent Communication skill in English.

Facilities : Meal allowance will be included in Salary and accommodation not provided by company.
First preference will be given to local candidates of Solan District.

Responsibilities :

A professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
Keep record of customers interaction and transactions, recording details of equerries, complaints and comment as well as action taken.
Process orders, forms and applications.
